These aren’t pie-in-the-sky ideas. We will only share proven approaches that have worked for anywhere from 5 to 25 years at a wide array of employers in all corners of the country.

There are five things you can do to avoid your worst-case scenario that are outlined in this presentation. They’re relatively easy to remember since the first letter of each action item spells out a word we all know, “LOCAL.” There is a better way and I’m currently helping my clients lower costs while improving their benefits.
