Audrey has studied, practiced, and taught yoga for over two decades. While her foundations are in Ashtanga, she incorporates more mindful, breath-centered, alignment flows that allow everyone to participate fully in each class. Her students love the fluid motions of her sequences and appreciate that she incorporates essential anatomy to allow for better awareness of their alignment during the class.
